All subscription management happens in Settings > Billing. From there you can view your current plan, adjust seats, and manage your billing details.
Adding Seats (Upgrading)
To add seats for new team members:
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Manage Seats or Add Seats
Enter the number of additional seats you need
Confirm the change
New seats are prorated β you only pay for the remaining days in the current billing period. The full seat cost is charged on the next billing cycle.
After adding seats, invite team members from Settings > Team so they can create their accounts.
Removing Seats (Downgrading)
To reduce your seat count:
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Manage Seats
Reduce the number of seats
Confirm the change
Seat removals are scheduled for the end of your billing period. You keep full access to all current seats until then. Make sure to remove team members' access from Settings > Team before the seat reduction takes effect.
You cannot reduce seats below the number of active team members. Remove team members first, then reduce seats.
