Inviting Your Team

Written by Semira K

DM Tracker is built for teams. Each team member gets their own seat so you can track individual performance and maintain accountability.

How to Invite a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings → Members

  2. Click "Invite Member"

  3. Enter their email address

  4. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join

  5. Once they accept, they'll appear in your Members list

Pricing: Each team member is one seat at $39/month. The seat is billed immediately when added.

Roles

When you invite someone, they're assigned a role:

Role

What They Can Do

Admin

Can manage members, change roles, and configure settings (stages, tags, pipeline). Cannot manage billing.

Member

Can use the app — track contacts, do follow-ups, view stats. Cannot access organization settings.

Managing Team Members

Change a Member's Role

  1. Go to Settings → Members

  2. Find the team member

  3. Click the role dropdown next to their name

  4. Select the new role

Note: Admins can change the role of other admins and members.

Remove a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings → Members

  2. Find the team member

  3. Click Remove

  4. The seat will be scheduled for cancellation at the end of the current billing period

Seat Cancellation

When you remove a member, their seat isn't deleted immediately — it's scheduled for cancellation at the end of your billing period. You'll see this status in the Members list. The member loses access immediately, but you aren't charged for the next period.

What Your Team Sees

Every team member has access to:
- The Follow-Up Board — shared across the team
- The Pipeline — everyone sees all contacts
- Contacts page — full contact database
- Statistics — including team leaderboards
- Their own performance metrics on the leaderboard

Team accountability: The Leaderboards page ranks team members by outreach volume, follow-up completion, and contacts marked as done. Use this for weekly team reviews.
