Follow the onboarding process in the platform to connect your ManyChat account & start tracking leads.

3: πŸ‘₯ Add Your Team Members

Overview

We have multiple roles:

  1. Owner: The owner of the organization

    1. An owner can do everything & has full control over the organization. He can also remove admins.

  2. Admin: Same rights as the owner, but cannot remove the owner

    1. An admin has full control and is able to add/remove members, but cannot remove the owner from the organization.

  3. Member: Team members working in DM Tracker can be assigned this role.

    1. Members are unable to add new members, but can use all other features including working on follow-ups, outreaches, use time tracking, and more.

Adding team members

  1. Go to settings

  2. Add in Team members
    ​

  3. Select the role & email

  4. Confirm by clicking "Add member"

Removing team members

  1. Go to settings

  2. Click on the "trash" icon to remove members
