Searching & Filtering Your Contacts

How to search all contacts, filter your follow-up board by response status or tag, and organize leads effectively.

DM Tracker gives you several ways to find and filter your contacts so you can focus on the right leads at the right time.

Searching All Contacts

Use the Contacts page to search across every contact in your organization - regardless of their follow-up status. This is useful when you want to:

  • Look up a specific lead by username

  • Check if someone is already in your system

  • Find contacts that aren't currently on the follow-up board

Filtering Your Follow-Up Board

Filter by Response Status

You can filter your follow-up board to show only:

  • Leads who have replied - Focus on active conversations

  • Leads who haven't replied - Focus on cold follow-ups

Filter by Tag

If you're using tags (e.g., "Hot Lead", "Call Booked", "Converted"), you can filter the follow-up board to show only leads with a specific tag:

  1. In the top-right corner of the Follow-Up Board, open the Tag Filter

  2. Select the tag you want to view

  3. The board updates to show only leads with that tag

This is especially useful for prioritizing high-intent leads or focusing on a specific segment of your pipeline.

Using Tags Effectively

Tags let you organize leads beyond what the follow-up stages provide. Some ideas:

Tag

Hot Lead

They're interested - prioritize these

Call Booked

Meeting scheduled, follow up to confirm

Converted

They became a customer

Not Interested

Save for later or exclude

VIP

High-value prospect, give extra attention

Create and manage tags in Settings β†’ Tags.
