Add DM Tracker to your Homescreen
Having DM Tracker right on your phone's home screen is super handy. It lets you manage your DMs and keep track of your team no matter where you are.
Mobile First: Since the Instagram app works best on a phone anyway, having DM Tracker there just makes sense.
No Lost Hours: If you or your team don't always have a computer nearby, or if the Wi-Fi or power suddenly goes out, you can still get your work done easily from your phone.
Follow these steps to download the DM Tracker app to stay productive.
How to Save DM Tracker to Your iPhone Home Screen (iOS)
Step 1: Open DM Tracker in Safari
First, open the Safari web browser on your iPhone. Type app.dmtracker.ai into the address bar at the top and hit Go. Make sure you're on the DM Tracker dashboard where you can see your leads.
Step 2: Tap the Share Button
Look at the bottom of your Safari screen. You'll see a row of icons. Find the Share button, which looks like a square with an arrow pointing upwards. Tap on it.
Step 3: Find "Add to Home Screen"
A menu will pop up from the bottom of your screen. Scroll down through the options until you see "Add to Home Screen." It might be grey if you scroll too fast, so look carefully. Tap this option.
Step 4: Confirm and Add
A new screen will appear, showing the DM Tracker icon and the name "DM Tracker." You can change the name here if you want, but "DM Tracker" is usually fine. Tap the "Add" button in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 5: Find It on Your Home Screen
That's it! The DM Tracker app icon will now appear on your iPhone's home screen, just like any other app. You can tap it anytime to open DM Tracker quickly without going through Safari.
How to Save DM Tracker to Your Android Home Screen
Step 1: Open DM Tracker in Chrome
Start by opening the Chrome web browser on your Android phone. Go to app.dmtracker.ai by typing it into the address bar. Make sure you are logged in and can see your DM Tracker dashboard.
Step 2: Tap the Three Dots Menu
Look for the three vertical dots (or sometimes three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of your Chrome browser screen. This is the menu button. Tap on it.
Step 3: Select "Add to Home Screen"
A dropdown menu will appear. Scroll down the list until you find the option that says "Add to Home screen." Tap on it.
Step 4: Name and Add the App
A small pop-up window will show the DM Tracker icon and suggest "DM Tracker" as the name. You can change this name if you like. Tap the "Add" button in this pop-up window. Chrome might then ask you to confirm by tapping "Add automatically" or "Add" again.
Step 5: Locate Your New App
The DM Tracker app icon will now show up on your Android phone's home screen or in your app drawer. You can tap this icon to instantly open DM Tracker whenever you need it.
