Critical Setup Requirements
1. Connect DM Tracker to ManyChat
Complete the onboarding process.
2. Add Your Email to Tracking Nodes
In the ManyChat automation, update all three tracking nodes with your DM Tracker email address.
3. Sync Your Messages
Important: Add the exact same messages in both places:
ManyChat: Your three outreach message variations
DM Tracker: Settings → Outreach → Message Templates → Add each message with matching names (e.g., "New Follower Outreach 1", "New Follower Outreach 2", "New Follower Outreach 3")
Whenever you change a message in ManyChat, update it in DM Tracker to maintain accurate tracking.
Viewing Your Results
Go to Statistics in DM Tracker to see:
Total outreach messages sent
Overall reply rate
Reply rates by message variation
Performance comparisons between your three messages
Use the Follow-Up Board to manage conversations and never miss a lead.
Split Testing Tips
Test 3 different message variations simultaneously
Give each test at least 50-100 sends before making changes
Replace low-performing messages with new variations
Keep messages natural and conversational
